The Piping Industry Council Rockford Area (PICRA) is an association of plumbing, pipe fitting, and heating and cooling contractors dedicated to the advancement, education, safety, and training of those who serve our community.

We provide highly-trained dedicated union workers to individual homeowners or large commercial industries. Affiliated with the Mechanical Contractors Association, PICRA promotes the professionalism, cost-effectiveness, and productivity of union construction and service through education, labor, and government relations.
